Ms. Jennifer Locey is responsible for the operations of the Holiday Inn Williamsport- Pa, Holiday Inn Express Williamsport-Pa, TownePlace Suites by Marriott-Williamsport, Pa and the Penn Tower/Merrill Lynch Executive Building. Jennifer has served as the General Manager of the Holiday Inn Williamsport since 1998. In that capacity, Jennifer oversaw the conversion of the hotel from an award-winning Radisson Hotel to the current Holiday Inn. At the Radisson Williamsport, Jennifer and her team earned the distinguished President's Award for three consecutive years. The President's award is given to the top 15% Radisson's in the country. The conversion from the Radisson to a Holiday Inn required a meaningful PIP in which Jennifer handled all the purchasing and oversaw the installation of the required items. Jennifer also oversaw the PIP at the Hampton Inn and Suites, Vestal, NY as well as a complete renovation and conversion of the Hampton Inn Wilkes-Barre, Pa to the current Holiday Inn Express. Jennifer served as the project manager for the construction of the 96 room Holiday Inn Express and the new 81 room TownePlace Suites by Marriot in Williamsport, Pa. Jennifer is currently serving as the project manager for the new 97 room Residence Inn in Williamsport, Pa. The Residence Inn will open in Winter 2013.

Jennifer serves on Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Lycoming County Visitors Bureau Executive Committee and is a member of the Lycoming County Visitors Bureau Marketing Committee. Jennifer attended Pennsylvania College of Technology and earned her CHA designation in 2003. Prior to working in the hotel industry, Jennifer worked as a Real Estate Agent in Pennsylvania.
